Abstract 

Perfiles oceanográficos tomados en desarrollo del proyecto de investigación financiado por la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos - ANH y ejecutado por INVEMAR denominado "Especies, Ensamblajes y Paisajes de los Bloques Marinos Sujetos a Exploración de Hidrocarburos".

En desarrollo del proyecto se recogieron datos oceanográficos en 16 puntos del Caribe Continental.

Las variables medidas fueron:

Presión (dbar), Temperatura (ºC),

Conductividad (mScm-1), Salinidad, Oxigeno disuelto (mgL-1) y (ppm),

pH, Clorofila (Kgm-3).

Los datos fueron tomados usando la CTD OCEAN SEVEN 316Plus Probe (www.idronaut.it). Ver manual del operador de 2007 para detalles de los sensores.

Los datos que se almacenan y presentan en el SIAM son resultado de un proceso estadístico de "depuración" y "corrección" realizado por un oceanográfo, que se nego a documentar su procedimiento.

Ninguna de las personas que participaron en la recolección de la información oceanográfica tiene vinculación con INVEMAR.
