Abstract 

Conjunto de datos generado durante las actividades de monitoreo de las praderas de pastos marinos del Caribe colombiano

Aplica la metodologia promovida por

SeagrassNet - Global Seagrass Monitoring Network, www.seagrassnet.org/,

La metodologia en general puede consultarse en Protocolo Indicador Condición Tendencia Pradera de Pastos Marinos ICTPM (Gomez, D. et, al, 2014).

Espacialmente el muestreo se organiza por areas, localidad, estación, transecto, parcela, cuadrante.

Atributos evaluados, por cuadrante:

Caracteristicas del sedimento, SALINIDAD

TEMPERATURA AGUA, numero de especies, especie; porcentaje cobertura, largo de la hoja, afectación por el hongo Laberynth, densidad de vástagos, signos de herbivoria, presencia/ausencia de flores o frutos.

15 estaciones de muestreo. 1792 registros:

192 para el 2013

100 para el 2014

576 para el 2015

380 para el 2016

317 para el 2017

228 para el 2018
