Identification
Title  Línea base biológica y física en los bloques TUM Offshore 6 y 7 sujetos a exploración de hidrocarburos Pacífico.
Abstract 

La Cuenca Tumaco Marino se encuentra en la región marina suroeste de Colombia, bajo el océano pacífico. Limita al Norte con el sistema de fallas de Garrapata, al

Sur con Ecuador, al Este con la línea de costa del Océano Pacífico y al Oeste con la fosa de subducción de Colombia

en el Pacífico.

Los bloques estan ente los 100m y 3000m de profundidad, y se recopiló información sísmica de alta resolución para 2.730Km entre Buenaventura y Tumaco.

El proyecto genero información en tres componentes:

* Sedimentología y geomorfología

* Oceanografía

* Biología

Se registraron perfiles oceanograficos entre los 200 y 1000 m, midiendo

Temperatura,

Salinidad

Oxígeno disuelto

Tomados durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de diciembre de 2012 en tres estaciones del bloque TUM OFF 6: EC 332, EC 333 y EC 334.

Se utilizó un perfilador marino CTDO (Conductivity, Temperature, Depth and Oxigen) marca Idronaut. En cada estación se tomó información desde la superficie y hasta donde la profundidad de la estación lo permitió.
